For Newly Purchased Systems

Step 1 -  Sign up for an AIRcloud account and register your robots. Instructions here.

It is critically important for customers to register new robots for configuration, warranty, and support. iPads ship with default factory settings; they must be set up with your personal or business user information. Your system will not function until you register your AIR One robot.

Step 2 - Software Downloads

Two iOS applications must be installed on the iPad:

  • AIR Control+ app is available for free download in the Apple App Store (or search for “AIR Control Plus”).
  • Tailscale app VPN is required for secure remote control of the robot over public internet and is available for free on the Apple App Store. Refer to our iPad – Tailscale VPN setup guide – for proper setup (required for operation outside of a LAN).
